US DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
- REGULAR PRICED items returned within 15 days are eligible for an exchange, or a refund less our Shipping Cost, or a FULL refund (see below).
- Please note: If you return an item(s) that bring your total purchased under the minimum for Free Shipping and you do not exchange, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- REGULAR PRICED items returned within 30 days may be exchanged for anything available on our website or you may receive a Store Credit.
- Store credits do not expire.
- SALE PRICED items are eligible for store credit only as long as the item is returned within 30 days.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Postage to ship items back to SHOP MY FAIR LADY is paid by the customer. However, as a courtesy, we pay the outbound shipping costs if you decide to exchange.
- Exchanges must be of equal value, or customer will be charged for any price difference. Please note we reserve the right to limit excessive exchanging.
- Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We cannot refund or exchange an item that has been lost in transit.
- Tags must be attached and items must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or has had the price tags removed is not eligible for a refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
- Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on International Purchases, but we will EXCHANGE your International item or offer you STORE CREDIT, as we want you to find the perfect fit. Store credit does not expire.
We will gladly exchange the size or style of your item for you providing it is available. Customer pays all out-bound and in-bound shipping costs of all International exchanges.
- All exchanges must arrive back at the store within 30 days of the customer receiving the merchandise.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or has had the price tag removed is not eligible for an exchange.
- Sorry, no exchanges on Final Sale items. No exceptions, please.

- If exchanging, please provide the style number, color and size of the item you are requesting to be sent to you as an exchange.
- If you are not ready to select an exchange, please let us know and we will issue you a store credit. Store credit does not expire.
